The pump casing of the fluorine lined magnetic pump has the following six functions:
(1) The function is to block the impeller from entering a certain space, so that the impeller can suck out and press out the liquid.

(2) The pump casing of the fluorine lined magnetic pump is made in the shape of a snail shell, so it is also called a snail shell. Due to the gradual expansion of the cross-sectional area of the flow channel, the high-speed liquid ejected from around the impeller is gradually reduced by the self-priming pump, effectively converting local kinetic energy into static pressure energy.
(3) The fluorine lined magnetic pump casing can collect the liquid thrown out by the impeller and is also an energy conversion device.
(4) Uniformly input the liquid into the impeller, collect the liquid flowing out of the impeller at high speed and send it to the next level or guide the outlet.
(5) After completing the energy conversion, the flow rate will slow down and the energy will be compressed.
(6) Connect other components and gas support functions.
The preparation work before starting the fluorine lined magnetic pump is:
(1) Check if the screws in each part are loose;
(2) Check and adjust the pump seal packing of the elastic horizontal submersible pump, and inspect whether the dirty oil pipe and tank are blocked;
(3) Check if the coupling of the unit is concentric, if the axial clearance is appropriate, if the hand board is sensitive, and if there are any blockages or card sticking scenarios;
(4) Check the oil level and quality of the fuel tank, and the oil ring needs to be self collected;
(5) Check whether the inlet and outlet valves of the chemical pump are opened and closed correctly, open the exhaust valve, and put gas into the pump;
(6) Check the power supply voltage, line insulation resistance, and motor insulation resistance within the specified range, start the supporting equipment and protective devices, and ensure that the motor grounding is good.
Why is the irrigation pump used before starting the fluorine lined magnetic pump and irrigation pump?
The purpose of a filling pump is to create the necessary low pressure or vacuum in the liquid being sucked in. Due to the fact that the centripetal force generated by pumping liquid is greater than that generated by pumping air, this ability can create a vacuum in the liquid being pumped, so the pump needs to be filled before starting.
Installation method of IHF fluorine lined magnetic pump:
(1) Basic test of fluorine lined magnetic pump
The centrifugal pump base is a prerequisite for the installation of the centrifugal pump, and the strength of the base concrete should be rechecked to reach more than 70%. The review foundation will also revolve around establishing elevation lines, axes, etc.
(2) Install the fluorine lined magnetic pump in place
When installing the fluorine lined magnetic pump, an isolation device can be installed, and isolation pads can be installed. The steel plates of the centrifugal pump base should be rigidly connected, and the model specifications and installation status of the damping pads should meet the design requirements.
(3) Detection and adjustment
Can the fluorine lined magnetic pump be installed in place? Use a tool gauge and a wire drop to stop measuring the inlet and outlet flanges and base surface of the centrifugal pump. The water pump is connected to the coupling, and a dial gauge and a plug gauge should be used to stop measuring the coupling. Ensure concentricity. After passing the test, tighten the screws. (4) Smooth oil
The oil cup, refueling, and disc coupling of the centrifugal pump are only sensitive to pump rotation and have no abnormalities.
(5) Test Run
If the pump is not a self-priming fluorine lined magnetic pump, the pump should be inflated before trial operation to fill the pump chamber with liquid. At the same time, the inlet and outlet valves should be opened, and the pump should be started by jogging for trial operation. If there are no problems, the valves and instruments on the pipeline should meet the normal design requirements.
