YMTL series desulfurization pump
The YMTL series desulfurization pump is a single-stage single suction clamp plate combination centrifugal pump developed by our company by introducing and digesting advanced foreign technology, combined with domestic practical needs. It is an ideal specialized equipment for power plants or various enterprises to meet environmental standards for flue gas desulfurization. All the overcurrent components of the desulfurization pump are made of high-strength, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant non-metallic materials (mainly ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene), which are molded at high temperature and high pressure in one go. The shell is made of high-quality A3 steel that is resistant to pressure and impact through investment casting. The mechanical seal is made of special grade pressureless sintered silicon carbide with good wear and corrosion resistance. The entire sealing box structure design is special, scientific and reasonable, unparalleled by similar products, with good sealing effect and a service life generally 3-5 times that of similar products. This pump is widely used for transporting high chloride ion content media with a temperature below 80 ℃ and a solid content (not limited to hard and soft particles) not exceeding 35%. Specially suitable for desulfurization and denitrification projects using ammonia and double alkali processes.
